Brad Frome, Chair Internal Affairs Committee 

Brad Frome chairs the Internal Affairs Committee for First Generation College Bound. He is a partner at RISE Investment Partners, where he works with real estate development clients across Maryland.

Brad previously served in government roles including Legislative Director in the Maryland House of Delegates and Assistant Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for Prince George’s County, where he focused on public infrastructure, economic development, and regulatory affairs. 

He currently serves as Chair of the Prince George’s County Workforce Development Board and participates in several county advisory committees. Brad graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland and attended George Washington University Law School.
