Dr. Tracey Jaminson, Board President

Dr. Tracey Jamison serves as Board Chair for First Generation College Bound. She is the Assistant Vice President for Graduate Enrollment at Marymount University and an adjunct professor, bringing decades of experience in higher education leadership, enrollment management, and student success.

Prior to joining Marymount, Dr. Jamison spent more than 17 years with the University System of Maryland and previously held admissions leadership roles at the University of Maryland School of Nursing and the University of Baltimore. Her career has focused on expanding access to higher education and helping students navigate pathways to academic and professional success. She holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Organizational Innovation from Marymount University.
