Kierra Winston-Onokoko, College Access Coordinator

Kierra Winston-Onokoko is the College Access Coordinator at FGCB, where she supports program operations and helps lead the professional development and training of the coaching team. She brings a strong commitment to equity in education and a personal understanding of the first-generation college experience. Before joining FGCB, she worked with federal TRIO programs and served as a clinical care coordinator for adolescents. Kierra earned her B.A. in Sociology from Ithaca College and holds a Master’s in Social Work. College afforded her the first opportunity to travel abroad to Costa Rica and since then she has enjoyed traveling outside the US. 

Fun Fact:

Kierra is the oldest of eight children.
