Fatima Molina is a 2019 graduate of Columbia Height Educational Campus in Washington D.C. After graduation, she continued her studies at Marymount University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in English with field experience in Education, Marketing, and Communications - while in college, Fatima served as the Director of Outreach and Media Communication and completed her education experience at Flint Hill Middle School. She has interned at Marie Reed Elementary School, National Housing Trust, and Goodwin Living - for several years; Fatima has worked as an Independent ESL and Spanish Tutor, DC Summer Youth Employment Program at CHEC as a Professional Trainee and Program Assistant, as well as Charity Work at Shrine of the Sacred Heart Church and Ayuda.
Most recently, Fatima joined the First Generation College Bound team as a College Access Coach driven by the goal to guide and empower youth and their families in their pursuit of higher education. Fatima is passionate about breaking down generational barriers to ensure that everyone, regardless of their background has fair and equal opportunities to pursue a better quality of life.
